I purchased an air fryer and when I took it home the display was unreadable, I returned to the Kingsway store the following day to return the item. I waited 25 minutes in a queue at returns whilst Sean D served others, I asked if any one else was available to assist as the queue was building behind me, Sean D looked up and just said No and carried on with whom he was serving. This was incredibly rude and ignorant. There were numerous staff members milling around serving nobody, as soon as someone came wishing to purchase something there were served immediately.I will no longer be using Currys and will use their store to look at products and then order from another retailer who has a little more customer service and is less rude and ignorant, I'm disgusted staff are allowed to behave in such a way.

Kasey at Kingsway Derby today was brilliant helped me with a TV for my elderly Mum, was helpful & so polite, carried the big TV to my car, put it the correct way up to protect the screen, wow, she was so lovely, please reward her some how, I will return because of her thanks so much

I just wanted to know if this store holds a range of smart watches to view and try. Can't find a phone number anywhere and the chat bot is worse than useless. How do they expect to sell items if customers can't contact them.

Absolutely ridiculous display. Avoid.Should be noted that Gareth was very knowledgeable and helped advise us well. Apart from that we were left waiting for over half an hour while staff tried to figure out how to apply the discount that was openly advertised. After waiting for ages we were told there was no way to apply the discount.I ordered it from the store right in front of them online, applying the discount as I went. Was then told that despite them having both items in stock I would now need to wait until tomorrow to collect.What a joke.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Brought an iron 2 weeks ago and it was not working properly, paid an extra £12 for insurance. Went to return the iron with my receipt and was told by a customer advisor at the refund section that I did not have a good enough reason for the return. I started to say I had £12 insurance and also it had not been 28 days so I was entitled for my refund. I had to get the manager involved as John, the customer advisor was being very unprofessional as he was talking about me to his colleague and laughing about the situation. The manager who was not even around for the conversation took the colleagues side.Another colleague stated that I could have a refund and then I went upstairs to find another iron, had to wait for 30 minutes to get someone?s attention only to find out that it was out of stock in store and I was not even able to order it online. What a joke!!!I had no apology from the manager and just got my refund, never going to Currys in kingsway again!!!
