I needed my wedding ring made bigger. After having a quote of £200 from another jewellers I took my ring into courtlands. What a difference, very friendly staff and only cost me £15. Shines like new. I'll never go anywhere else , can't praise them enough. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Wedding ring had to have the engraving redone, no other jewellers in Derby were able to do it.Courtlands no problem lthe service was excellent 110%.On collection the engraving was amazing, it was also cleaned and polished considering this ring was of immense sentimental value as its not been off my hand in 62years.Would recommend Courtlands for all your jewellery needs.Congratulations CourtlandsBest wishes for your future.

Disappointing experience. Had some jewellery engraved and upon collection it was evident that the ?machine? had been set one way to start, and a few letters in, the font and spacing between lettering was completely different. Meaning half the word appeared one way, and the rest another. I expressed my concerns about this and initially the female member of staff serving me agreed, whilst I was told by the male staff member ?I don?t think it looks that bad? as if the jewellery was a gift to him? Not something I had purchased out of my own money and now had been ruined in a way that cannot be fixed. He then commented on how much I had spent on the ring, implying it was my fault on the ring I had chosen, and could not care less that I was upset about the now ruined gift. He knocked £10 off my fee, but upon reflection, I don?t feel I should have paid at all. Shocking customer service and complete lack of compassion.

I wont go anywhere else for my Jewellery repairs or to buy gifts. The service is the best in Derby and they always go above and beyond for their customers. A very happy customer.

Very bad experience. We went to get some jewellery from the shop. The man who saw us was in a rush and we felt like he just wanted us out as soon as possible. He didn?t let us see the other stuffs in there. Gave the stuff we bought just like that without a proper box or a bag. Extremely bad service with least bit of professionalism. Wouldn?t recommend the place for any of those I know.

I've had several rings adjusted here and jewelery made, I wouldn't go anywhere else and cannot recommend them enough, the team are efficient and the turn around to get stuff back to me is fast.

I went to courtlands a few days ago with my wedding band and engagement ring to be repaired , I needed my wedding band resizing and also needed my diamond mount on my engagement ring rebuilding and also resizing , the chap came and spoke to me after looking at my engagement ring and explained that it would be more costly to fix the ring but said he could do it , but gave me the option to change also , I chose to have it fixed as it was sentimental to me , whilst I was looking in the shop with my husband , my wedding band was resized and polished much to my surprise ! I was delighted to have it back straight away , I had picked another purchase whilst I was there that needed to be resized and left with the chap to do for me to collect the following day , he had also said that my engagement ring would need to stay and would be ready within 2 weeks . I arrived the next day to collect my New purchase and was amazed when the chap came out with my engagement ring fully repaired and resized ! Absolutely ? happy it looks brand new ! I would definitely recommend Courtlands for any repair you may have and for any new jewelry purchase you may want ! The female member of staff was so lovely and helpful as was the two gents Wonderful place and staff ! Thank you courtlands for the exceptional workmanship and customer service .?
