The coffee was still good, but the use of my club card/mobile app is a joke. This is nothing but a con to deprive club members using points and in 3 separate shops none seem to know how the system works, and after 3 discussions I still don't know - it's a joke.\\n\\nCleanliness seems to be a big problem now, tables not cleared, trays disgusting and even crockery not washed properly.\\n\\nVery poor

Nice coffee as always .very quiet .felt able to not have my mask on and it was a Saturday .Still getting used to post-covid mask restrictions, but still wary as delta around and normally judge a place on availability to be away from others if they aren't masked so I go to less busy places indoors or just go for outdoors .Saturdays mid afternoon is quieter and a well needed catch up with a friend .Thanks Sarah Smith ?

Lots of seating available, staff were thorough in determining suitability of the menu for my dietary requirements. Practical measures observed re covid.

Good clean somewhere to sit and have a drink while chatting to a mate or just in your own without worrying if the tables chairs are clean . As staff respectful and polite and making sure everything was cleaned down. Keep it up ! As I'm from herefordshire and love a costa drink but staff here are lazy .

Great place to relax with friends or sit on a laptop and get some work done. Friendly staff, great coffee and a good atmosphere. Couldn't fault it.

The usual Costa coffee outlet. Same quality, ambience and freedom to buy a coffee and relax a while that you can find all over the UK. Love it!
