Excellent and she brilliant that she honestly to me at end my hair still shows grey hairs after colour in it so she re done my colour grey and it perfect I love it at end. I know my hair so stubborn :-)

Extremely overpriced for what it is. You?ll be looking at £250 for a couple hours in the chair.. Best going somewhere cheaper for the exact same result. Rough area too with no specified parking

Shocking ServiceIf i could give 0 stars i would. I went in a couple of weeks ago for a consultation with Georgina. She had a basic consultation with me and cut a few strands out for a strand test. She said she would call me on the Friday to update me on the test and that i could come in to have a look. Didn't hear from her on Friday, nothing on Saturday. So i called up Saturday afternoon myself to be told the stylist has been very busy so was unable to do the strand test and would do the test on Tuesday (bearing in mind my appointment is on Wednesday) and that i could come in to discuss the test. i explained that i have small kids to take care of and that would not be possible and would just wait for the call. Again they didn't call on Tuesday until i called them around 5:30PM to get an update to be told that the stylist would call me back. So the receptionist (not the stylist) called me to explain my strand test. I had a crying baby in my arms and the receptionist is giving me an update which she didn't have the full details about. I was so angry at this point with their service and called them back expressing how i felt. I explained i was really disappointed with the service and not sure if i want to attend my appointment and she explained the stylist has been ill but but on Saturday had said stylist has been busy so making up lies. so which one is it, busy or ill. Makes me think that they did the strand test at 5:30 on Tuesday when i called but said they did it earlier, so why not call me earlier?! The stylist called me asking why i was upset and i said the service has been really poor and i have lost trust in them and have no confidence in them dealing with my hair. she explained that its been really busy, lack of staff and clients turning up late to their appointments but that has got nothing to do with me. The professional thing to do was give me a courtesy call to explain for an update. I chose this salon based on their reviews but unfortunately i have been one of the unlucky ones. There was no remorse and their apology and excuses were so poor! I don't think i even got a sorry. I decided to cancel and get my deposit back. Just goes the show despite other positive reviews, your not guaranteed to get the same positive experience. I have now gone to another Salon in town and the stylist provided a detailed consultation and seemed a very professional.PLEASE SAVE YOUR HAIR AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!
