“July 10th 2023 Mad Love going out to the girl who looked after me today unfortunately didn't get her name she was petite with long curly hair she was extremely polite, helpful and patient with me while getting a new wardrobe top to bottom cap to trainers ? I've been using rollersnakes for all my skateboarding needs clothes, decks, trucks etc must be 30 year's now im 46 now so don't skate as much nowdays due to arthritis and knee issues but still go every few years for my clothing for me mainly, Heathen,volcom,creature ,element but they stock all your favourite brand's and extremely reasonable prices and always have good sales on.for me there isn't a store i know anywhere in Derbyshire that offers the service these guy's do from Skateboarding, Snowboarding, Scooters and skates all your favourite brand's of clothing and accessories are available and if you cant find what you want will most likely order in for you if humanly possible I cant recommend this place enough the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful the vibe is always very chill and welcoming for all ages and have a skate park in the carpark and often put on events for the locals and kid's what's not to love? if you love Skating get yourself down to Rollersnakes ?❤✌ ?????”

“Excellent place to find a bargain big name brands clothes, cookware and home furnishings. Sometime I get treats that are not easily available here, like from France and Japan etc. Staff are nice in this one when I shop here, unlike the one in town.”

“I'd bought some items from Jack Jones Belfast whilst away with work which in the end, I didn't need. I tried to take them back to Derby but due to admin reasons in the back ground there was some issues. The stance of Jack Jones was that I needed to travel back to Belfast.Thankfully, the team at Derby were superb. They continued trying to help me resolve the issue by giving me contact details and making calls/checking the internet themselves.Eventually, common sense prevailed and the problem was dealt with. Manny and Keeley were excellent in their whole approach. I wouldn't hesitate to shop at Jack Jones Derby in the future. Great service!”

“I went to buy a suit for my nieces wedding, the staff were so welcoming. I spoke with Lee and told him exactly what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and straight talking, said what looked good and what not so good. No bull, which was really helpful. The suit is perfect (grey 3 piece tweed) can’t wait to wear it. “I had a long standing issue with a Electric scooter brought for my son for Xmas 2022 which was sparking from the charging point. After being fobbed off by a member of staff I called and spoke to Matt who was the duty manager he immediately resolved the problem issued us a gift card and also gave my son a small gift for the inconvenience. “I popped into the store this morning(10th Feb) and was greeted by one of the most friendliest store workers I've had the pleasure to meet, I don't recall seeing a name tag but a name would slipped my mind as I went to work shortly after but I hope the Yours head office acknowledge that they have some great staff in the derby branch. I'd popped in to look at the shoes available as is been looking online for a few days at the boots yours sell, to my delight they had a 10eee in one of the styles I liked online, it goes with out saying I left with a pair.Larger sizes shoes like a 10eee seems almost hard to find any where, unless your looking for men's shoes.The stores lay out is great and they make good use of the room they have in the store, they've plenty to look at and it's so much better than trying to make your mind up looking online.It's a well presented, well stocked store and the staff where fantastic and friendly, the over all experience was amazing. I've been eyeing up a jacket online too so needless to say I'll be returning at some point to see if the store has it in stock rather than ordering online.You just can't beat the human touch from shopping in-store. “Went into primark with my 2 year old son, was doing a bit of clothes shopping and I turned around for one second and my son was gone. I was running around primark for a good 20 minutes until a primark worker named Izzy s came up to me because she noticed I was in distress and helped me find my little boy. 10/10 experience would do it again.”

“First time shopping in Quiz and I'm really impressed with the range of dresses.Unfortunately there was a large queue at the till as the shop assistant was busy rotating stock but wouldn't stop me going in there again.Overall a great experience.”

“I have been to this SuperDry store during my time at Derby! It's one of the finest store I have visited there and the variety of the clothes were just super awesome!❣️ I loved the things me and my friends bought from here, the fashion of SuperDry is top notch and you will want to buy everything you see there. However, it is really costly there so you would have to control on the spending 😂 Overall a lovely place for world class jacket/sweater/Hood's etc.”

“Been here quite a few times, always at the entry have been greeted by some staff with a smile who explains the offers of the day and directs us to what we are looking for. Good range of products at a fairly decent price (compared to their stores in India).Couldn't find Japanese cherry blossom (one of their best scents in my opinion)”

“Staff are pleasant when available to serve. But this store is understaffed. Also click and collect service is not the best. On one occasion my order was given to the wrong person because the staff member did not check the name on the parcel before giving it to the customer. However, NEXT did rectify this by re-ordering the item. Thankfully I was not in a rush for this item, otherwise I may not have been so calm.\\nThere is a reasonable selection of clothing. The one thing I do like about the store is that it is reasonably quiet and you can have a good browse round without having to make your way through a crowd of people.”

No disrespect to Next if I had a job that required decent work attire I would go there more often. Service good. Only a small queue and it was a Saturday. No complaints”

“I used to work here part time for some college experience and had to get around 72 hours for one of my college courses. Staff were extremely friendly and awesome to be around with. The store itself is small and unique in it's own way. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some cheap and well priced items. Or maybe some work experience. The Atmosphere here is amazing. And I do not regret working here, it was a great experience.”

“This is a nice shop, as are most Next Home shops. We usually come out with something and today was no exception. Prices tend to be reasonable for most items and the staff are always friendly. I feel the quality of the products is usually good. My daughter loves filling her bedroom with trinkets from this shop so always best to leave her at home.”
