“Nipped in to the upper dale road branch today. Jon the branch manager was welcoming and served us with a high level of customer service. All lads there were lovely and said morning when passing by. The work carried out was high standard and the price was reasonable for the work completed. We also had a quote for an advisory repair and that was again fairly priced. Stood waiting I was impressed to see the work environment been upbeat and all looking happy to be there doing their jobs. Top credit to Jon! As a manager he was available at reception for arriving customers. But also made a conscious effort of nipping out to check on his lads and their work, also helping and just always on the go. A huge credit to you at ETS! We will use again and highly recommend. Thank you lads. Adam and Hayley.”

“I ordered and paid for my tyres online and booked a convenient appt. Sadly, the awful flooding in Derby meant I could not get to the site (and I believe they were flooded too!) for said appt. But altered it online very easily to a week later, and my lovely new tyres were fitted within an hour.Well done to the team who obviously must have worked very hard to get the place dried out, cleaned, and back up n running within a matter of days of the flood. ? And pleased that my new tyres will keep me safe through the next batch of relentless rain!”
