DO NOT BUY, Go to DFS.. Don't get the extended warranty. Not worth anything. If you try to claim they decline in. Even tho in black and white it states its covered.It's a CON. The stitching has come out of both our sofas and one sofa has broken in the middle . Very very poor aftercare, they don't even come out to inspect, just look at a photo and say No not covered.I won't use them again

Awful management at ScS chesterfield, I explained that we had no budget and have ample room to even have multiple sofas from ScS where their manager proceeded to first say how the sofa WE picked was not right and that there was no point due to delivery but was very happy to only advise the most expensive sofa which I wouldn?t mind if he didn?t say directly that we didn?t know what we were on about and that he had ?over 12 years experience?, well done for your experience you have now lost out on 8 grand and commission to the lovely team at DFSBy the sounds of it you guys can?t even deliver the sofas that are ordered

1st time I've been anywhere and not been hastled the minute you walk in,was a good half hour or so trying out sofas before anyone asked if we needed any helpwe dealt with a lovely lady called Claire who was so helpful and gave us a great deal,she even asked and was concerned how my mum was who had been in the weekend the floods were on and who also had a great deal withmany thanks

Absolutely awful store. Arranged with them to have our sofa delivered on a set date and they made promises that it would be around that date and no later. Now coming at me and my partner with excuses such as ?it?s the end of our financial year so we can?t deliver until the middle of august?. With a company that large end of year accounting should not impact your customers. All staff at the Chesterfield branch jumped on you as soon as you entered the store, were extremely quick to take your money and then wash their hands with you as soon as they have their commission. If you appreciate your time and money avoid this store and go elsewhere. If I?d have known there would be this much stress, I would never have bought the suite in the first place. Also on each review they send you an email but it?s a load of rubbish and going round in circles, customer service absolutely awful all round.

An update to my review:- still waiting for a reply from SCS about the problem with our suit? how long does it take? Their reply below was a joke (wrong department?) it turns out the sales person is still waiting for a reply as well, what chance does Mr Jo blogs have when their own staff can't get throughThey have some great suites, with some good savings. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and I would happily give them 5 stars. BUT the Customer service department has to be the worst I have dealt with in 40 years of buying sofas??. We had a problem rang the customer service number and was left waiting for over 1/2 an hour eventually a message came ?we are extremely busy and if you would like to save your place will will ring you back?. Over Two weeks later and I am still waiting, it turns out even the staff in the shop don?t have a direct line and have to sit waiting to get through!The morel of this is if you get a suite with no problems this is a brill place to buy, but if you need customer service help forget it!

Word of advice don?t buy anything from this shop go to dfs I?ve had nothing but trouble since day 1 they delivered me someone else?s foot stool that didn?t match my sofa they told me my sofa was scotch guarded and charged me £70 even though it?s not scotch guarded rubbish customer service too they say they getting back to you and they don?t unhappy customer won?t be buying from there again that?s for sure!!

Saleman didnt tell us the correct information at point of sale and now customer services dont want to help. You can ask all the questions in store and been answers but they said what suits to get a sale and wash their hands of you when they have your money

Very good service Jack was very patient with us. There were no pushy sales people we were left to wander and when we wanted help we were given polite friendly service. Even got coffee. Just got to wait for sofas now.

Shocking, called in to look at some carpets, staff appeared to be more interested in socialising than sales, we gave someone else our buisness.

Went to complain about new leather chair spliting ,1 week old .store manager did not want to acknowledge us,when finally did told us go on line. I did ask if could do it he said no.after sales service non existing. Very disappointed
