Went here for the first time today and asked for help from a member of staff who was welcoming and more than happy to help and give advice. The store itself was bright and clean and seemed well stocked. A very good first visit and positive first impression.

Regularly in chain outlets the staff turn up for their 8 hour shift and just do the required work (and who can blame them). On my last visit to Screwfix the lady who served me went way beyond this. She was friendly, patient, helpful and efficient. I wish I'd got her name.
