Just trudged round in the snow to use the post office and it's shut. Why aren't all the staff trained? Old ladies will freeze to death over the weekend as no way to top their meters up. Blood on your hands

Absolute useless.. Spends more time closed then open due to staffing issues! Simply train more staff to use the post office side or just close it. 3 times in past month I've been and its not been open

Always closed and online it says it's open.

Don't bother with the post office here, if you're VERY lucky, they might be open. Go elsewhere and don't waste your time.

I sell alot on ebay so use this post office 2/3 times a week, they're polite, friendly and although I've had a parcel lost, royal mail always compensate. Highly recommended ?

Waste of time. The website said the post office was open, I get there and Iâ??m informed the post office counter opens at 11. I would have been better off going into town and waiting in a queue to be served than waiting 45minutes for the counter to be open. Avoid!

The setup of this post office borders on the ridiculous. They share a counter with the coop. I went to post an important package this morning and there was a cardboard box with a sign stuck to it saying 'due to unforeseen circumstances this post will be closed for the remainder of the day. However the young girl who runs the post office was just late, and although she was now here, she didn't have the password to switch on the computer. I was stood there 20 mins, and would have been there longer if it wasn't for the lovely Co-op staff. The last few times I've called in to this post office its either been shut or the woman's been on her break....its a farce!
