Extremely efficient and well organised. Had no trouble sourcing plant based fortisip for my Son's 8 week enteral nutrition plan. We live 2 minutes from Brimington pharmacy, and staff appeared to not want to assist in sourcing plant based fortisip at Brimington pharmacy. All my Son's prescriptions now are sent to Wheatbridge pharmacy.

Have been with this pharmacy for over 20 years, even through their move. The staff are great, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Even on first name basis now. I'd happily say this particular pharmacy has got to be one of the best in Chesterfield. If not the best!!

Always have a long wait for prescription to be dispensed,despite there always seems to be plenty of staff. Difficult to decide where to queue unless it is for a prescription.

Staff are friendly. From ladies on the tills to pharmacist (Richard) who is very helpful and knowledgeable. As a trained pharmacist he has done many years training in all aspects of medicine(not just the tablets), but has done many years working behind the scenes at our local chemist. He can help quicker than seeing a GP for a lot of problems and gets to know his regulars, just like the service we used to get from our gps. His new assistant is very helpful and even went with me next door to the GP surgery to explain a problem that needed sorting with 1 of my medications straight away. I had no voice at the time. I appreciated this very much. Yes there can occasionally be a slight wait in a queue but they have to be thorough when checking meds so no mistakes made.only slight fault I have with the c. Peak is you can't ring them to check they have all your tablets available and they will be ready, before i walk down there.(yes,i occasionally get a taxi coz of pain ND ask it to wait..this can then cost a fortune if my script isn't ready or there is a problem with it or i have to go down another day coz they don't have them all) not always their fault but would be good to know in advance. They do a text service now that tells you when your script is ready..but doesn't tell you if it's all there. But i wouldn't go anywhere else . I like the staff and i know they'll go above nd beyond if they possibly can.

Been in today for a prescription after seeing the doctor . After several people had come in after me and got served not wanting to cause a fuss but after being kept waiting for an hour I asked the lady who took the prescription from me where it was for her to say are you sure you gave me one . After another 5mins looking for it everyone blamed each other . When I finally got it no apology . Will be going elsewhere in future .

The staff at this pharmacy constantly deal with rude and uneducated customers. Alot of the bad reviews come from people who dont understand the pressures and the quantity of work the staff have to deal with. There is alot more to pharmacy then dispensing prescriptions! Also alot of the time there is minimal staff. Covid has caused many other pressures which of course affect the appointments and the staff levels on a daily basis of which the staff cant control. The staff arent going to serve you with a smile when their moral has been constantly knocked! Hats off to them working so well under so much pressure

Very disappointed with system for prescriptions at min, I waited 45 mins out in the cold yesterday,it?s been like this for quite sometime now and apparently prescriptions get sent to a hub a Sheffield and they then come back already packaged to be dispensed?

Joke of a place. Booked in for flu jab three times and each time it was cancelled at the last minute, as the pharmacist had to go to another branch.On one occasion the women who called me to cancel said I could go to the other branch and keep my appointment."Which branch"? I asked"I'm not sure" came the reply.

Appallingly slow service, doctor issued a prescription at 9am, went at 2pm, queued for nearly an hour only to be told it wasn't ready. Had to wait another half hour for them to issue it. Only ever one person serving.

For months and months, they've only had one person serving and there is never a sense of urgency from anyone, no matter what. You can literally spend up to 45 mins queuing outside in all weather. Wouldn't be so bad if they got a few more staff in that knew about customer service.

Rubbish had to 3 times and they said they had not got prescriptions so had to go into Doctors next door and theySaid they had sent them at ten o?clock I will be changing my chemist now

I am disabled and have difficulty walking, I went to collect my prescription and it was incorrect. I asked the male pharmacist if he could help to correct the problem. His reply was no I've already called the doctor once to review your prescription your going to have to wait in the que at reception and sort it yourself.I burst into tears at the response and a lady near me tried to help and console me. I tried my best at reception, but there was several people waiting before me.I could not stand on my crutches any longer waiting at reception in a long que because of the pain I was in so I left without all my medication.
