I needed the rubber seal replacing on my car door, was told the seal would arrive in a few days, i phoned 2 weeks later as i didnt have a call from him to say he forgot to order it and forgot the reg plate, i rang up again after several attempts to get through, gave him the reg plate number again and waited,... read full comment
