Came out of work to a flat tyre. Limped it to Hi Q where I was seen straight away. They were honest about the damage I may have caused and let me know the worst case scenario. Jumped on it and fixed a nail in my tyre in 20mins at most. Lovely honest friendly team. Thankyou.

I have used this HiQ once before with tyres for it being local and had no problems at all, was a good service.However I have recently used them for a Black Cirlces order which was at the end of the day and they was unable to fit the tyres. I was going 20mm wider on the tyres which fit fine on the car as many others use them and they was unable to get them fitted. I feel like as it was the end of the day they didnt want to put the time in to figure out how to do this. Many people have told me any experienced fitter would know how to get them to inflate. I ended up ordering the same bigger size tyres and getting them fit at Foruma One Auto Centre in the town centre and they happily fit them. They did take longer than expected but their experience and will to do the job was much more appeiling and they got the job done.Also the main issue I had is that the wheels, car seat and car key as well as around the door handles also got what looked to be dried copper grease on them which I had to spend time cleaning off which wasnt the easiest when it had dried.Probably won't be using them in the future which is a shame with them being fairly local.

Brilliant service, called on spec for an exhaust issue. Booked in the same morning and new exhaust fitted by lunchtime. Very welcoming and brilliant price. Certainly cheaper than your well known exhaust companies. Nice chatting to staff whilst waiting. Would definitely use again, even do Motorhome service and MoTs. Excellent ????

Best prices anywhere around this area ( belive me I've looked ) two 21" tyres fitted while I waited and I hadn't booked in. Guys have been friendly and helpful on both occasions I've visited. Couldn't even get the tyres cheaper on ebay. Good garage.

Went in on 28.12.22 in the morning with a broken back box, not expecting much to happpen that day, I was asked if I could come back in an hour. Went back, waited a short while and it was all sorted, at a good price with friendly, polite and helpful staff. Would recommend.

As usual. Booked my car to have my Winter Tyres fitted at a specific time. Greeted by The Friendly owner and Technicians. Within 20 minutes, all four refitted and I was on my way. If you haven't used HiQ before, give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
