From the moment we walked in, Tracey greeted us and did everything possible to advise, help with ideas, options for getting the best fit from carpet and vinyl, minimising waste and ensuring my own measurements were up to scratch. She was a delight to talk to and made us feel really welcome and looked after. Came away having chosen everything we needed, and then a follow up visit after an estimator had verified everything was equally amazing. I never associated buying floor coverings with being a great experience, but this was and I came away happy and smiling. Other companies and those involved in customer service take note, this is how you do it and Carpet Right, people like Tracey are making the difference and a real asset. Thanks Tracey :)

Shocking customer service, I really can't put into words how bad this company is a complete embarrassment and I strongly advise people to think twice before using.We was promised a refund on fitting which we have never received.

Connor was super helpful explained to us the difference between carpets, what makes some better for different purposes and was happy to break down the prices so we understood what everything was, bought what we needed and would definitely come back :)

Awful company avoid at all costs!!!!!Paid nearly £1000 for a carpet to then have a carpet fitter supplied by carpet right damage our property!!! The store customer service or complete lack of on this matter was beyond poor!!!!! They took ZERO responsibility whatsoever for their supplied contractor!!!! After complete lies and evan worse behaviour by their supplied carpet fitter Damien Davis we have just won at court the cost of the damage caused by this awful carpet fitter Avoid!!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! If I could give zero star's I would. Awful company zero customer service or care.

After a lengthy search for vinyl flooring in a few shops, Andy was extremely helpful and patient with us. Nothing was too much trouble including taking samples into the daylight! Highly recommended.

Had 2 fabulous experiences recently.One for fitted flooring and one for carpet.Excellent advice and support in making our choices in store. Your representatives are knowledgeable but not pushy.Outstanding fitters on both jobs who were really experienced, punctual and polite.Very competitive prices too.What?s not to like?Highly recommend this store. Will certainly use them in the future.
