All of the staff were very helpful and polite in their dealings with me as a customer, this included my initial reception, pre-testing, the testing by the optician and advice and guidance from the staff in selecting new spectacles.

Booked eye test and scan after referral from GP .Found this visit Verwood with friendly and helpful staff on arrival listened well to my concerns. All eye checks were done professionally and optician who did eye test very professional and helpful.

I had a phone call to say I was due for an eye test from your call center. Which the call handler wasn't listening or hadn't looked at my notes . I was booked in at Chester not chesterfield so good job I repeated the time I was booked inWhen I arrived at I was told I wasn't due and the call centre was jumping the gun . Luckily and thankfully I had my check .I feel the sevice at chesterfield is 5* but if you have a problem with lens and phone the main call center things don't get resolved.

I?ve had an appointment this morning, 27th February, 2024, at the Chesterfield branch of Boots. The optician was Raz and I was also seen by Grace and Ali who helped me to choose the correct glasses for my lifestyle. I have chosen a really nice pair and everyone was most helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and I?m looking forward to receiving the glasses shortly. I?d like to recommend your staff as they were pleasant and extremely helpful even though the temperature had dropped and the opticians section was quite chilly. Extortionate price for varifocals and a pair of sunglasses over £500, went to Specsavers and saved £150..........won't be going Boots again!
