I rang, asking if they would check the fluid levels and tyre pressures on our X5, as we are physically unable. We arrived to a warm welcome, and the young mechanic was so fantastic and happy. All checked, everything OK, and after paying, we departed very happy with the help we received. It will be our goto garage from now on.

Have used station garage for year in year out all my family have been advised to (my daughter, son in law , and son)We have put literally thousands of pounds through this business,But when an emergency happened they couldn?t be less interested,Basically my van broke down , recovery took it to the garage outside , because it was at night, the garage the next day wouldn?t even contemplate looking at it, wouldn?t give a confirmation date to look at it,I know being a loyal customer shouldn?t expect preferential treatment but I got a couldn?t give a dammed attitude, if this is how loyal customers are treated I?d advise a wide berth and find someone with better customer care, as I won?t be giving my money any more to this ungrateful company , and I?d give less than one star if I could.Service: Engine repair
