Ordered an £850 BenQ monitor. They attempted to deliver it and I wasn?t in so they left a calling card. For some reason they then delivered it to a neighbour at number 50 in Glasgow, problem is I live in Cumbria, now they won?t give me a refund, £850 out of pocket, with no monitor, someone in Glasgow now has my item with no way of me knowing who! Won?t be shopping with these again! Stick with Amazon? never any hassle!

Popped in to buy a TV stand .Saw one in a box spoke to saleswoman who said she would get me the details so I could better understand its dimensions following which she popped off. After 10mins I saw her serving someone else . I left fuming and vowing never to buy from Curry's.

Thankfully this visit was much more pleasurable than the last.Ordered online and collected goods in-store. Saved £160 during the current black Friday too. :)Assistant fetched the item quickly and checkout was swift too.I did ask about their extended warranty, but because I bought the phone online they would insure the it. (Work that one out? Crazy.)Parking always good on Derwent Howe.

Only shop big enough where I live for choice but shopping there isn't a joyful one always have to look for staff never seems enough working and when they do serve you never seem that interested plus their dress code is shocking I've seen better dressed tramps than some of the staff in Currys definitely new uniform is needed anyhow got my new fridge freezer it arrived and everything is good what I don't like is that I had to pay a extra £30 for delivery. They took my old one away for £25 which I didn't mind happy enough with my fridge freezer but definitely work needed on dress code and staff interaction with customers

We went shopping twice, each time we waited for about 40 minutes, but no one helped us, And when we said no one came, they said you came to buy and you have to wait!!! How many times? How many hours? Other people's time is not valuable to them, There were three other people except us and we all left there?? costumer service Terrible customer service

Waited an hour to finally make an order after continually asking for help at Workington depot - eventually dealt with the manager and paid for smart tv along with signing up for shell broadband and sky tv set up - wrong details processed telephone number and email address so turned up with TV couldn?t set up as no broadband so took delivery then waited 8 more days for broadband - difficult self set up as manager has provided wrong phone number and email / number out and letter out?spent over an hour trying to sort with sky and still waiting for reset to register puck !

Sales representative Mark was disinterested in helping me collect arepair order, probably more interested in earning commission and was ignorant and obviously didn't know his job making my visit to Currys in Workington Cumbria an unpleasant experience.

1 member of staff to cover an entire store ! Where are the rest ?People waiting to pay at the till, others stood waiting for help.I waited 15 mins and seen at least 4 people leave after waiting.

Waited for over 1hr for a member of staff to come talk to me about a fridge freezer was told someone would be up once they'd dealt with there customer but no-one ever turned up so I just left.!

it was horrible me and a friend was looking at a camera and the alarm went off use not knowing that we couldn?t pick it up they then left the alarm to ring which made my autistic friend feel overwhelmed then when we had moved away and was drawing on a note book a worker (old man ) came over and accused use of stealing then when a fellow friend said she felt targeted he then told use to leave and called use ?chavs? i will be reporting this .

Do not deliver do not put ovens in do not take old oven away .All they do is sell you a oven .No good for most people over expensive.
