I have found this pharmacy to be really a lot more helpful than many, a few times now. They do not appear frustrated or irritated by me and any questions I have and they take the time to talk me through things, rather than assume the I understand their pharmaceutical world! Super helpful over the phone and when I have come in they've been nice too.

I'm sorry to say this but the staff are happy to Lie to us over the phone.And,if you have the temerity to Complain will keep you or your Carer waiting even Longer....It is a shame, because otherwise it's clean, tidy and has a seat.

Charged me twice for one prescription, a pack of compression socks, apparently because it a pair it's charged twice, even though every other pharmacy I've spoken to says this is ridiculous. I'll never spend money in this pharmacy again.

2 hours continuously I have been ringing to find out when my medication is due as Iv run out, I?m housebound so can?t go to the chemist and they never answer the phone.

Unreliable, being told pharmacist has had to go to another pharmacy,I can get my prescription to go elsewhere ? so we can't receive our prescriptions not good enough pay enough to the NHS as it is nearly £10 per prescription having to travel elsewhere this needs to be addressed as with other pharmacies also
