I have been with three for many years and I can't fault them. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful.I must admit though that I will do business with them in the shop rather than online.

Was advised by Jonathan the store manager and he was extremely patient and accommodating. I felt he made a good effort to save me money, although not possible at the time. He was able to sort out my problems and I bought two sims from him in the end.

Extremely good customer service. Sook as I entered the store I was met it a friendly member of staff who was very knowledgeable on all the products he sold and was the best contract to take . I felt that I was in good hands as they were very accommodating to my specific needs. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone who's seeking to get a new phone sorted .

Really poor experience. Was mis sold a phone, which actually ended up being a downgrade from my current phone. Tried to return it 2 days later still in the original packaging to be told that there is no cooling off period if you upgrade in store. Despite not being informed of this at point of sale (and a cooling off period online) and told my only option is to sell the phone if I'm unhappy. Been a customer for over 10 years with 3, certainly won't be upgrading with them or this store again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Went in with a problem with my phone. Mathew was very good nothing was a problem to him. Place was clean and bright. Nice display some good offers. Wheelchair accessable . 3 staff working.
