I ordered a board game from The Entertainer online service as a click and collect on Monday night. They took the money but never sent a collection code, so I popped into the Carlisle store today 29/11/23 and spoke to a lovely staff member called Holly. She went above and beyond to help me and sorted out the issue very efficiently. Her customer service skills were excellent. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Toy heaven for kids, the boy was a bit disappointed in the Lego selection in this store though, thought they would be better. Staff helpful and friendly.
