Not a gamer but my hubby is so going in here I'm abit out of my depth, expected staff too be abit more helpful and friendly especially when I said exactly what is was I needed,no real help was given just to too look over there and had to ratch around too find what it was I needed, wouldn't mind but I was the only person in there so not like the lasses were overrun with customers.

I took a broken headset back today. They won?t refund it, accused me of breaking it and told me I should have taken out extra insurance ?to cover things like this?. I don?t expect headsets to snap, especially when they have only had 2 weeks of use. The staff in this store are ignoring consumer rights.UPDATE - I contacted the manufacturer who replaced it with their no quibble guarantee. They said it was down to faulty manufacturing. The new one has been perfect.

** Update** the phone I bought goes red hot when used for 5 mins. Apple have advised either a faulty battery or motherboard. Tried to contact game carlise but the number is disconnected. I went online and game themselves told me to msg the Carlisle game twitter page (wth but okay) and Carlisle branch msgs are turned off. I don't live nearby, or even in England. So apparently I cannot return or do anything about the fact that the phone I bought does not work. Wonderful. The online main company game said I could go back within the year and have it refunded. We shall see, many many doubts.Laura was epic, so helpful and lovely. They were very helpful and did everything to make sure I would be able to use the product correctly when I returned abroad. Brilliant service

this shops customer service is the worst, they wont accept a returned irem even only purchased seven days ago, the man thought it would be ok to publicly belittle a mother and daughter on shop floor ( cowardly man ) this shop cannot be contacted, i have tried phone , webchat, and email still nothing, please avoid this horrible place with its horrible member of staff, lets close this place down

Rude staff who are extremely unhelpful and went out of their way to not exchange a £60 product with a fault. Will be taking this up with higher ups. Avoid and buy your electronics somewhere that cares about it?s customers.
