In store this morning, member off staff who served us was miserable as sin, not a nice shopping experience, won?t rush back.

Awful customer experience. Cashier rung shorts through which were marked down to £22.99 but went through till at £25.99. Therefore I questioned this. Cashier said "price must have changed do you want them or not". I said "do I not get them at price they are marked at?" . Cashier "no I can't change the price, do you want them or not?". I wasn't bothered about the price and didn't cause a fuss..just paid for them. I never put bad reviews but I just felt very bemused when I left considering such a high profile shop. Won't be back.

Went in today with my grandson and there was this lovely girl on the shoe section. i believe her name was Jasmine, she helped me and my grandson out so much. We had a very clued up conversation for maybe 15 mins of her time but she was the loveliest most clued up person i have spoke to in alot of years. It is nice to see the younger generation with the right attitudes. I did apologise because i know i can ramble and distract her from her work but she was so reassuring and kind. Will definitely be going back to the store just off my experience with one of the staff members.

We went in and explained that my sister was leaving because of the way she was treat and a member of the management was very rude to us. It was diabolical towards us. As we was walking away she began to say very rude words to us and swearing towards us

Bought quite a lot of stuff out of Footasylum Carlisle.2 monterrain snoods air vapourmax plus shoes black and purple colour in February 2020 bought some cleaner for my trainers at £7.99 bought my zavetti Canada shorts and joggers out of here and my zavetti Canada caps.. all of the clothes and shoes are in a good price range. Most of the staff are usually Happy to assist you. Had 1 little problem in the shop instigated from the staff.getting my cap order wrong and a misunderstanding with a staff member once. Won?t stop me from shopping here but here and jd are my go to shops for trainers etc. Footasylum sells zavetti Canada only shop in Carlisle but 5/5 from me

I dislike that this Is saud to be a shoe shop as it sells many brands of clothing aswell. It's a great shop and the sales are a bargain but nothing can be perfect and is say they need a bigger store as it can get very crampt inside
