We've just had a 2 night stay here. What a great experience. As always with premier inn, check in was straight forward and we had a friendly welcome. Our room was clean, warm and comfortable. The bed was great! The room was quiet overnight. Everything we needed was in the room and we picked up decaff coffee in reception with extra milk.We decided to purchase the meal deal, which was great value for money. The thyme restaurant is in the lobby of the hotel. Its nicely designed, clean and welcoming. There was a decent choice on the menu. We couldn't fault the food. It was delicious, cooked really well and nicely presented. Portion sizes were good. Same with breakfast, all you can eat and plenty of choice. It was all perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel, the location is good for exploring cornwall and we will be staying again in the future.

Stayed for two nights and pre payed with meal deals. Rooms very nice clean and fresh. Oddly the sink had no hot water while shower was very hot.Breakfast very nice and staff really friendly and helpful. Thank you to everyone.Evening meal first night we waited while people who ordered the same as us and had arrived after us received their food first. To be fair the staff did apologise a mix up with the tickets and printer fault, when the food finally arrived it was very tasty. Second night my order was completely wrong instead of a beef burger I got a chicken burger which was very greasy tasted as if it had been reheated. Staff were very attentive, offering to replace it but I wanted to eat the same time as my husband.I know that pensioners like us, disabled diabetic are often mistaken for drunk, but being ignored then served the wrong food was not pleasant for us.Noteworthy details: We were allocated a ground floor room, as pensioners we appreciated this.

Clean rooms as usual no problems there. But avoid the restaurant at all cost terrible food could see the chef and the receptionist plating up our food with bare hands. Not blaming the staff all friendly just chronically overworked. Had a beef and ale pie and it was dire had to fetch an hammer from the car to break the crust. Also no Lager or Beer on draught just 330ml bottles at £4.40 each !!!.Stayed at a lot of Premier Inns but will never stay at this one againRooms: Clean and tidy

Had a five night stay there. The staff were fantastic there, working very hard and at night time went beyond what could be expected of them, cooking, serving, reception duties. Fair play to them ??

On arrival asked for bed sheet as the quilts provided are to hot for me. The receptionist forgot so I had to ask again. On our third night the sheet had been taken away even though the other bedding hadn't been changed. I asked again at reception then yet again it was forgotten. There was no decaffeinated coffee available at all. Staff said they hadn't had any for at least a month. As there are three large supermarkets in Wadebridge there is no reason there shouldn't be decaffeinated coffee at least in the restaurant.Breakfast was self service but the food on display was very dry. My husband asked for poached eggs and was told these weren't available even though fried eggs were. A pan of simmering water is not difficult thing to do. We had breakfast at our local premier inn in Exeter on the morning we travelled down to Wadebridge. We were shocked to see that breakfast at Wadebridge is £1 more than Exeter. We visit a premier inn at Poole regularly and breakfast is also £1 less there. This definitely seems a case of over charging . Both of the other hotels are in tourist areas of the West Country. Finally the hinge on the door to our shower room didn't work properly . Everytime we opened the door to our room it would crash into the open door.We had stayed at Wadebridge previously and was delighted with our stay. This time it was the worst run premier in we have ever stayed at.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. We've stayed at plenty of Premier inns over the years, and this is one of the best. Sadly no baths, only showers, but very nice ones! Plenty of free parking, and within walking distance of the town centre. Bit of a hill coming back, but it's good exercise! Wadebridge is a good base to explore this part of Cornwall. Port isaac, Polzeth, Padstow all within easy reach.

It is exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn, this one is quite new very conveniently situated within a few minutes drive of Padstow and Rock with Polzeath and Daymer Bay just a little further. Ideal for a business trip, to visit the fabulous N Cornwall coast and not forgetting the Royal Cornwall Show in June and Winter Show end of November

My wife and I have stayed in a few Premier inns and thoroughly enjoyed our stays, Wadebridge is not one of those.Room fine except no hot water for the basin, shower was hot though.Cleaner left a cloth jammed in the door preventing it from closing so room was not secured all day luckily nothing was missing. Manager did apologise, hopefully will not happen to someone else.Had the meal deal, first night reduced menu, second night reduced even more, third night incident in kitchen so no food at all, breakfasts were fairly good except for rubbery fried eggs, premier did refund a days meal deal money for the lack of a meal on the third night.Parking is good, staff were friendly.Restaurant needs a sort out before I would consider going there again.
