I still can't believe the poor service we received in connection with a fiat van under warranty for a repairThere is absolutely no communication between service department and receptionVery poor cumminication from reception to the customer and all they do is blame fiat van went in for a add blue fault and we got it back over 2 months later and when we picked it up the security code was on the dash of which vospers said oh sorry we will get the code. After repeated calls to get code we are then told o no we can't get that code ? Please remember this is the fiat main dealer for the sw. We called another dealer not vospers and got the code within 24 hrs. What's going onDealer does not care and I presume they ain't interestedWhat's worse is add blue fault came back on trip homeSo after two months the van is worse than what it went in forA excellent way to lose customers and cancellation of 3 new fiat vans has just been sentServices: Electrical

Easy to organise online. Only negative is parking when you turn up and getting out after service. The service as you expect with Ford was faultless and plenty of information on state of your vehicle provided.

My 2019 fords transit connect van went into fords vospers to have an adblue module replacement at a cost of £890 . They had it for a few days, I picked it up and within 50 yards the engine management light came on. I took it back immediately and was told it needed an adblue tank at a cost of £750.I now have to take it back and lose more days work while it?s being fixed again.I?m now almost £1700 out of pocket and a loss of 4 days work so far.Fords?.please check you?ve actually fixed the vehicle before releasing it back. As a self employed person these days of loss are unacceptable. I bought a new van from you so these things didn?t happen.Services: Electrical repair

My Kia Carens had to have some bodywork done. The communication between the bodyshop and Vospers wasn't the best but eventually I managed to get it booked in.Ian is the only one on reception at the repair centre and it's no wonder he isn't able to answer the phone as he seems to be constantly busy. The body work looks great but it would of been better if they had clean the dust from the interior. It did detract from a perfect job. The site is rammed full as its also their van and parts centre so parking can be a premium.Service: Body & Trim

After my experience today, I would not recommend taking any vehicle to this site. they asked me to call in to look at a warranty claim a couple of months ago, took pictures and said they would be in touch when the part was in. Called in last Friday to see what was happening? and was told by the man at the desk i Know nothing about it! I said would you like my vehicle reg! and still they did not know anything about it. They said they would call me this week and let me know. Well i called back in today to be confronted with the same answer, I told them thats not my problem, i had taken time off work so they could look at it and take a picture of the problem. You have looked at it and said it was a warranty claim, to which the reply was by 1 of the 3 men standing there. It was not my problem either. customer service is shocking to say the least.

Took my van there to diagnose a turbo issueI was charged £138.00 for a health checkThey confirmed my concerns about the turbo but did not diagnose the problem other than to take it back to we?re a new turbo was fitted a week earlier, the guys who fitted the turbo said to book it in to Vospers to try and sort problemIf the van had been put on a diagnostic machine which I?m not sure it was I would have expected some sort of print out , not just a couple of notes from the mechanic .

Had problem with heater as it was on no 1 with no air con,went to Vospers Threemileston as it was a my local dealership. My motorhome was in there for 3.5 weeks. In the end I went to see what was the problem. They told me I needed a new resistor, and Fiat where out of stock, could be several weeks before they could get one,,, decided to go to electrical mechanic, good job I did. Within 1 min he discovered the problem. A BLOWN FUSE.. so Vospers how about a re fund of the £189.00 I spent with you . Not holding my breath,.Won?t be going there again, a complete rip off.Service: Electrical

We were on holiday in motorhome when our fuel injectors needed replacing, we got towed by the AA to here as it was a Ford van and they should have been able to do the work. We got told it would be 2 week until they could even look at the vehicle so we got the train home which was 10 hours! For them to ring me less than 24 hrs after dropping it off to say they can't do the work! And I would have to pay thousands of ££ to get it fixed by an external company they then refused to do any work and wouldn't check if the van was under warranty which it was and covered for the work!!!After 2 weeks nothing being done we had the vehicle recovered back home to our local Ford who have been amazing and have managed to do the work onside!Worst garage I have ever been too not very helpful and awful communication
