Went here as my steering wheel had a wobble on my 400 mile journey down to Cornwall. It was supposed to have been sorted by another branch few weeks before. Took it in day before return journey. They looked up on their computer to see what had been done and told me weights on the wheels were fine it was my tracking that was out. I paid for that and guess what, I had same problem all the way home next day. My husband and a friend both said the tracking has nothing to do with the wobble. We took it to an independent garage when I got back (on the advice of customer services at Kwik fit) who said weights were missing and it didn't look like there had been any for some time! So I felt I'd been completely ripped off and unsure if they had done anything. Lesson learnt and I won't leave my car at the garage next time! I did get my money refunded so thank you customer services.

The receptionist was so apologetic as they where running 1 hour late.He made me feel very comfortable as a older woman dealing with a mot by herself

Took my car in for an MOT, which led to the car needing a few things doing on it. I was in a hurry and had a long drive I needed to do in a few days. The man who was dealing with me could not have been more helpful in going out of his way to ensure that the car got the work it needed in time for when I needed it. Legend

Great guys and team. Cannot fault them at all and very appreciative of all the work they did on my car and getting it all sorted for me and as soon as possible too! Such great customer service. Definitely will be going back to the guys there if I have any problems in future!

These boys saved my skin today, Ross and his colleague with 30 mins until closing got my punctured Audi in for a new Pirelli. 200 miles from home they were a great help, fully recommend!

I landed in Truro from York with a blown exhaust at The start of a Bank Holiday.The manager thoroughly inspected my van and tried tirelessly to get me the exhaust i needed near to closing time on Friday.Although this wasn't possible he then recommended a reputable garage where I got my exhaust fixed.I've always been a bit wary of chain garages, but the manager went beyond the call if duty to help me.I can't recommend his service enough.

Customer service was very poor. Work wasn't done in the order I requested which meant I got a failed MOT on my vehicles history, I was left waiting for almost 4.5 hours without any explanation on what was going on. Couldn't get any response when phoning during the wait. When expressed my unhappiness at the order of the work being carried out I was ignored. Haven't felt listened to by the customer care team.

Took over 2 hours to change a couple of tyres, when arrived early in the day.Also feel conned.Just had a major service with main dealership, but then your branch says I needed wheel alignment at a cost of £65. My wife felt like we needed to do this due to a couple of long journeys coming up, and I couldn't remember if the service checked this. Got home and checked and it was done less than a week earlier in the service.So feel conned out of the money and will tell everyone that in my opinion Kwik fit is not a good place to go

Great service and good prices tyres. Honestly feel sorry for the poor manager James in there running around that fitted my tyre as well as answering the phone, dealing with other customers cars all pretty much single handed as the other young boy in there didn't seem Interested at all. We were in the room with 3 other customers waiting and could see how much pressure the poor guy was under. We didn't mind waiting but if you were in a hurry it's not exactly a quick fit! Definitely more staff needed.

Fantastic service at Truro Kwik Fit, fast and efficient.Josh was friendly and got us back on the road with a new tyre after an unfortunate start to our holiday.Can't fault the service here!!
