I had a problem with an item and emailed the company this morning. 4 hours later my refund is in the bank. Amazing customer services. I would thoroughly recommend both products and service.

Beautiful shop. So much choice. Very helpful gentleman behind counter and he gift wrapped the gift we had purchased for a friends baby. Will definitely be visiting again for any baby presents.

The staff in this branch are always so pleasant and helpful, and can't do enough to assist you if you need it. On every occasion I have visited I have been greeted with a smile and a friendly hello and they are on hand to help without hovering annoyingly at your shoulder. A lovely shop to visit as either a parent or someone shopping for a gift.

It's always a pleasure to visit this shop! I have been shopping there since before my daughter was born and she's soon to be three years old. All the staff are great, particularly Heather, who always remembers my little girl's name and asks after her if she isn't with me. The clothes are of good quality and it's great to find a bargain if there's a sale on. Keep up the good work, Truro store!

Very small store so very difficult to manoeuvre a pushchair, they need to fix their entrance to accommodate pushchair and wheelchair access better. Awful if there is more than one pushchair at once! Staff are ALWAYS lovely and very helpful!
