I was looking for a specific Neom product as a gift that was sold out everywhere. I stumbled upon Illustrated Living online and really glad I did. I was even able to add a handwritten card with the gift which was lovely. 1 day after making the order I received a personalised email from the Director, Rosie to say thanks for the order and that my parcel would be delivered the following day - really nice touch. I'll definitely be ordering from this small family business again.
