This eatery is so understated, tucked away down a back street but wow, does it pack a punch. Everything is freshly made and clearly made with love. There is nowhere in Truro that produces such great cafe food and delicious coffee and smoothies. They have vegetarian and vegan options.

I love this tiny cafe! I used to eat at Flourish when it was in the building which is now part of the Hall for Cornwall. I am so glad they found a new little premises which suits them. The food is fantastic (best sausage rolls ever! The salads and quiches are gorgeous), service always with a smile, and friendly atmosphere.... read full comment
