The lady was very patient and gave constructive advice. I initially bought 2 sample tiles before ordering my choice. There was no pressure to purchase and having compared against other suppliers l purchased from this store 2 weeks later. The tiles were delivered very quickly (within a week) on a day that was convenient to me. The tiles are a modern design and very reasonably priced comparable to the bigger suppliers.
