Fantastic, helpful and extremely patient staff. Despite the pressure that Covid restrictions are placing on them, the staff at this branch always wear a smile and go the extra mile to help.

Terrible opening hours,long queues when I got there and there's no account manager in the branch so they couldn't even undo the changes they'd made to my account in error!

Utterly useless branch. Turned up on Saturday to find the door locked and the branch not being open. According to google it's open on a Saturday. No opening times displayed in the window. Total waste of time. Was also shut a fe Mondays ago. Cheers for wasting my time lloyds. Will be closing my business and any other accounts with you now and moving to a more reliable bank.
