A perfect place for tranquility and sheer beautyWe stayed in the bell tent at the site, it was just perfect. With all the amenities it was like being home from home. We didn?t have to take a thing other than clothes and ourselves. The space was ample for a family of 4. We had a chimney for a fire, with some wood on our arrival and more to purchase from the on site shop.and a gorgeous little welcome gift in the fridge. An allocated parking space, opposite an open field for the children to play. The little bar onsite was amazing for food and drinks, it was our favourite end to the evening with a cosy fire and lovely little touches. Theres a little Itinerary of things on site displayed, from pastries, to story telling. We were made to feel very welcome by Tanya and Tara/Maggie extremely friendly and helpful. The site was super clean, well managed and organised. Cannot fault a single thing. The site is perfectly located to access many attractions, beaches and town. This is our first family holiday to Cornwall and staying here made it perfect, and lots of memories made.I would highly recommend the site for camping and glamping.Rachel,Olly, poppy and Fred!!x

Great campsite nicely tucked away with easy access to local beaches and Newquay. All campers onsite were respectful of one another, and our toddler loved exploring and being made to feel safe in his surroundings. Owners are warm and welcoming and the team onsite were very helpful with local info. In the evening there's a little bar and pizza pop up which is highly recommended while you sit and listen to the music's cool vibes and stream below.Hope to be back again soonRestrooms: Clean, tidy and well maintainedDog-friendliness: Well behaved dogs welcome on-site, but must be kept on lead at all times due to chickens and ducks.

We had the most amazing week camping at Coastal Valley during the Easter Holidays. This site really is a hidden gem. Nestled quietly in its own valley you are surrounded by nature, birdsong and babbling stream. The Safari tent was perfect for a break with family and friends, being very spacious and the beds very comfortable, a real luxury for camping! Although we were very lucky with sunny weather during our stay, the temperatures at night are still chilly at this time of year. However, the sizeable wood burning stove ensured we were cozy & warm and the fact we were also able to cook on it was an added bonus. The tent was extremely well equipped, the owners have thought of everything. Although the tent benefits from its own shower & toilet, the on-site showers and loos, are spacious, of a very high standard , very clean with lovely hot water. The owners Tanya, Andy & Tara & family couldn?t have made us feel more welcome and all the little thoughtful extra touches set them apart from the rest. We enjoyed cocktails at the recently added Barn, complete with its log burner and terrace by the stream and treated ourselves to a wonderful massage in the relaxing surroundings of the Holistic Yurt, also on site. We found Coastal Valley to be perfectly located with stunning beaches of Watergate Bay, Lusty Glaze & Mawgan Porth, nearby. We enjoyed a lovely walk from the campsite to Porth Island and took in the sunset from Fistral beach. Padstow is about 30mins away and worth a visit , perfect for a stroll around the harbour with its variety of small independent shops and eateries. We highly recommend Coastal Valley and thank Tara & the team for making us feel so welcome , we hope to return in the future.

Another magical stay at our favourite campsite. The facilities were spotless despite the site being pretty full for the Bank Holiday. Our fellow campers were really friendly and it was great to see everyone enjoying themselves. I had a lovely time making a macrame pot holder.

So grateful for Tanya for setting me up here after struggling with 50mph winds in exposed campsites my roof tent! It was lovely to be in the secluded valley and the facilities were just lovely. Tanya was so helpful and I would absolutely stay here again!

Really lovely campsite with great proprietors. Tucked away in a quiet spot but close to beach and town. Kids loved doing the craft activities. Adults loved the relaxing sound bath! Would definitely come again!

Had a wonderful stay at Coastal Valley. Small, peaceful, scenic valley. Single mum with two children (who made friends with other children on site in no time), everyone was really friendly. I felt relaxed, safe and secure. The drinking water was delicious (not usually a fan of devon & cornwall water) I think the campsite staff treat their own water. Lots of different visiting food vans with very tasty meals on offer that even my fussy eating children enjoyed. Clean toilet & shower facilities, recycling facilities, opportunity to craft, attend forest school and all beaches were within easy reach. All in all I cannot fault this campsite, so much so, I am already planning a longer stay in 2023.

Thank you for a lovely stay, we were kindly accomodated at the last minute by the very helpful Tanya. Great camping pitches, very well organised site with clean and tidy toilets and showers. Communal kitchen offers a wealth of things covering solving the stress of the 'forgotten items!' when camping. Everything has been carefully thought about with ecology and the environment in mind which we were super impressed with (especially the processing from the shower and toilet block. All the staff (family) were very welcoming and had time for questions or to share history and information of the area. Thank you. It would be great to see other campsites follow suit. Hoping to stay again if we can 'squeeze' in somewhere this year.

My first ever camping trip. I was very apprehensive and unsure what to expect. Arrived at the site and was blown away at how beautiful it is. Tanya gave us such a warm welcome. Showed us our pitch and left us to pitch our tent and settle in. We were able to purchase logs, and much needed wine and beers from the shop onsite, which is well stocked with essentials. The showers and toilets are situated close to the site so no long walks, they are spotless, showers powerful and hot. There is a kitchen on site with sinks, freezer and bits n bobs to use if needed like pans etc. also sinks outside. The site has lovely areas you can go and sit at and enjoy the tranquility this site offers. It's surrounded by trees, and flowering shrubs. If you want a fire at night Tanya and Mark hire chimeneas for the duration of your stay. We will be staying here again it truly is a beautiful site, perfect for those who just want to switch off and unwind. If you enjoy partying this site is not for you.

Such a wonderful place to stay with a young family. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed and comfortable! The team and staff couldn?t do enough for us. I have never been anywhere in Cornwall so peaceful and quiet, the open space is just amazing. We are a couple with 2 small children and we stayed in the bbq lodge. It was just perfect, with everything that you need. Having towels/linen and kitchen essentials made everything so much easier as I didn?t have to remember and take the little things. The fairy lights in the lodge made it even more special and cosy and then bedding was so clean and comfortable. Our little boy loved exploring and walking along the little stream to find the boat! Thank you so much, we will definitely be returning!

We had a BEAUTIFUL stay at coastal valley - a stunning site, great facilities and really private and friendly. Electric hook up and fire pit with wood. Loved it. Best campsite we?ve been to!
