I don't think I've known incompetency on any scale even close to that which is demonstrated by the pharmacists and whoever is in charge of general day-to-day operations at this pharmacy. The inability to fulfill prescriptions on a regular basis, and the inability to serve people in adequate time, is shocking. If there is any regulatory body holding pharmacies accountable for their actions, they need to investigate this pharmacy as a matter of urgency. Go anywhere other than here.

I order my prescription on the NHS app and it?s always ready when I go in to collect it.Marked down a star because there?s always a 15-20 minute queue to actually get to the counter. It would be great if they signed up to the electronic service too so I could get my tablets posted rather than have to go in every month.

If I could give zero I would. Poor service, poor attitude, rude pharmacist. The practice cannot be committed to improving the service due to the lack of engagement when complaints are made.

Absolutely sick of this pharmacy. They have no comprehension of customer service or efficiency. Every time there's a problem. Prescriptions are never ready when you're told that they can be collected and having queued for ages you then get told the stock response "it's not quite ready yet" which actually means it's not even started. You are then told to sit down and wait for ages. Last time I waited an hour and it had been forgotten. Never going there again. They deserve a zero star rating.

Just moved to Liskeard, here's my experience: The people seemed nice but:- The Google reviews are bad, especially about the pharmacy, I take regular meds but tried not to worry as many reviews are old and I get my meds delivered.- We saw the queue for the pharmacy first hand, I saw people taking 15-30 minutes just to get to the counter before they even started processing the order, which took at least that amount of time again to receive it. That shows they clearly don't care about improving anything for their patients, as poor reviews have been citing this for years. I still tried not to panic as I request my prescriptions and order them digitally.- I just (5 minutes ago) tried to order my prescription digitally for the first time only to find out that they're "Not part of the NHS Electronic Prescription Service", so I can't... I have to collect them in person... Every month... I do not have half a work day spare to stand in a sweaty-tight queue in a small waiting room with screaming children every, single month!Summary: I've been registered with 5 GP surgeries throughout my life, and the shockingly poor service provided here is completely unrecognisable, I feel like I've just moved to the US. I'm currently desperately trying to find a loophole to go to a different surgery, and I haven't even had the chance to see a GP yet!

You put your prescription request in the box that requires you to give 28 day's notice. You return on day 29. More often than not in a queue for around 20-30 minutes. You get to the desk. "Oh, they're just making it up for you now." This is the routine every time WITHOUT FAIL..! This is over the 5yrs I've been using this place. Let's say it's not the best.

I have been using this pharmacy for 18 months now, and on my prescription for bumetanide it says ALMUS brand only. Every month they send me a generic brand, and every month I have to phone them. Its getting ridiculous now. Wake up Oaktree and read the instructions on the prescription, please.

Fantastic care from doctors if you can get past the receptionist. Just had a very bad encounter with a rude and ignorant individual behind the reception desk when I tried to reschedule an appointment. I was told there were no appointments with my doctor; when I asked ?ever?? She replied ?yes? and when I asked for a call from an alternative doctor to review meds I was told the earliest would be the 8th of August? today is the 12th July. Appalling lack of service and an even worse attitude from the lady on reception. I rarely complain about anything but I am fuming!! Dr Jeffries has been outstanding during our encounters over the past few months and I know the system is under pressure but this is totally unacceptable. I tried calling to complain and didn?t get further than caller number 11 in the system by the time I arrived home.

have waited 3 hrs for a pre-booked Doc call, their suggestion, was booked in Novemer 21 for Jan 22. Absolutely shameful.

I phone this morning about my daughter I got phone call back within hour and appointment within the hour. The Practitioner nurse that saw my daughter was amazing he listen he took the time and really did care and that came across I also asked question bout my other daughter that I had with me and he kindly check my daughter she didn?t have appointment but as she was with us He checked her which saved me going in again and saved me ringing ect am totally amazed and so greatful for all he did. He was outstanding. He answered all my question and explained it he was totally amazing with both my children. I actually came way for once feeling relief. He clearly good at his job and I can?t thank him enough. It?s not very often nowadays you get that. THANKYOU so very much keep up the hard work

Doctors are fantastic if you can get to speak to someone but you cannot get past the receptionist. How about you put the receptionist in charge of immigration & no one would get through. just a thought.
