Terrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful. When you are asking for tablets that you desperately need they honestly do not care. Going to move to another practice very soon

There's one extremely rude lady on the counter. Had a code for the robot but it wouldn't work. She told me I was a liar. She stomped to the machine with the code. Guess what? It wouldn't work for her either. On another occasion I went to pick up meds, I told her they're in a box behind the counter. She abruptly told me to sit down, she's busy with other customers. An hour later and I was still being overlooked. I pleaded with her for my meds and got the same answer and basically shut up.No one else was kept waiting more than 20 minutes. I'll be putting a formal complaint in. This one seems to be a problem and the pharmacy is keeping her on. Went rapidly downhill that place since she started working there. Also they never answer the phone. Probably the WORST pharmacy ever.I'm totally disgusted at how long it took them to do my last prescription. 3 weeks! I have diabetes medication and had run out after a week. I rang and rang them and each time fobbed of with different ridiculous waffle. Thanks a bunch because I ended up in hospital desperately ill. I'm putting in an official complaint. This place is inadequate beyond belied

Turned up 6.40 to pick up an online prescription door was locked (pouring rain ) stood there for 5 minutes in the rain there was a queue insideA lady came to the door and announced in a dismissive tone that they were not doing any more prescriptions as they were closing in 15 minutes there was 5 or 6 people in the queueGod help you if it was an urgent prescription as mine was I was told they were open at 8 the following morning and to come back thenThe name of this pharmacy is a contradiction as it closes at 7 and it?s called widnes LATE night pharmacy it used to open until 11 pretty much everyday and also on Sunday now 8-7 through the week 9-6 Saturday and closed SundayJust started using them again after poor service at another pharmacy maybe a mistake we will have to see

Amazing staff here, really impressed with the service, extremely helpful.The pharmacist went out of his way to help sorting medicine for my son, cannot thank them enough

Phoned yesterday in a panic because west bank pharmacy ran out of my pills and failed to tell me. This was the first pharmacy I called who had it in stock. They kindly delivered this morning (less than 24 hours later). The staff on the phone was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this pharmacy, especially to the housebound.

Unprofessional, rude and terrible customer service. Expect a type 1 diabetic to go all day without insulin after they lost 2 boxes and wouldn't take blame for it.

Awful.The staff always seem like they are pow faced. Not one of them no what they are doing. someone needs to do full checks.When you go in it feels like you are in their way.
