We use this PO regularly, however every time we try to send a small parcel within the Royal Mail specified dimensions 45x35x16cm (as we buy packing boxes of this size purposely to ensure they go through as small parcels), the staff insist it is a medium and put it in their measuring box which is clearly not to the correct... read full comment
