Most times they are brilliant but, on occasion, the pharmacist can be rather abrupt (especially when she lacks the medication prescribed by my doctor). Overall though, I am happy with the service as nobody is perfect.

Thank you so much on absolutely brilliant service today. My dr sent prescription for antibiotics 12.54 I phoned Cookes to request delivery urgently they dropped it off before 1.30pm. Thank you very much ???
