Not for the first time, ringing them for days to make sure my prescription is actually going to be delivered. My medication runs out today, the phone has just been ringing out now for over half an hour.Avoid this pharmacy.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Room had some treats in there for me as I?m a gold member which was a lovely touch. One of the better Holiday Inn?s I?ve stayed in.

My COVID appt was 11.05 am so I turned up early at 10.55, still sat there at 11.35. Nobody had the decency to explain why they were so late. I eventually came away as I had come out of work on the other side of town. Very poor service and judging by the amount of people who came in and left without prescriptions I'm surprised its still open. Garbage service
