Clean basic rooms, friendly receptionist who greeted you with a smile. Rooms are subject to noise from the motorway, so it can be difficult to sleep. Not too far away from Industrial estates and Warrington centre. Overall, OK.Nearby activities: Harvester and Indian restaurant extremely close.

Was moved room 3 times as there were WET urine stains, mud, dog feces, mould and vomit. There were also blood stains and mould on the shower curtains and in the end there were no rooms left to move me to so i ended up having to go home at 1am and missing my training for work so i lost a lot of wages because of it.

Usual Travelodge, rooms at the front are ok, but the rooms at the back overlook the motorway. Traffic noise all night.

Good holtel, shame they don't offer food and drink. Staff we spoke to were friendly, only gave 3 stars as we didn't really need to talk with them or require any assistance with our stay. Nice spacious room, with tea making facilities. Comfy bed, next to the motorway but this didn't affect us at all. Overall good place to stayRooms: Spacious and comfy roomSafety: Nice and secureFood & drinks: Nothing to offer apart from a vending machine in reception. Would be great if there was a bar. Food places just outside of the hotel

This is the fifth time we've used this Travelodge for overnight stop on way south. This time heading for Southampton to embark on a cruise. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the nearby choices of eateries is amazing. There is an excellent Iandian restaurant underneath the lodge called Bombay 8. There is also a Starbucks, a Harvester, a Tim Hortons and a gastro pub. Only being 5 mins from motorway is a bonus as no town centre traffic etc. Brilliant!

Parking good and restaurants at the location. The welcome was superb. Only downside was a horrible smell from the bathroom.

One of the better Travelodges. We use them because they allow pets. The rooms aren't as well sound insulated as some girls but this one was a better one. Good location.I wish they would give info about EV car chargers nearbyWould use again

On the 1st night the temperature in the room was around 30'c and there was a light directly above my window which shed light into the room. Both of these kept me, my wife and my 8 year old daughter awake. We asked to be moved and the first room we were offered, on the opposite side of the building, smelt of urine. I later realized it was the shower curtains were smelly and not the room. The second room was above the light, on floor 2, and so there was no issues with light coming in to the room but again the room was around 28'c in the evening. I did not enjoy my stay and will not be recommending this room to anyone.

28th August. Arrived to find there's no water in the hotel. No showers, flushing toilets etc. Not even enough for a cuppa. Manager is aware but never had the decency or competence to go and buy a supply of bottled water for customers so they can at least make a brew. An engineer was, apparently, three hours away. Still waiting. No guarantees. Young worker on the desk doing her best. Manager (Sue) has gone home and left the kid to it. What appalling service and management.UPDATE: The manager, Sue, didn't reappear and the engineer (who had apparently been given the wrong postcode) when he did eventually arrive managed only a temporary, low-pressure fix that by morning had again failed.I'd love to know why the manager didn't do a damned thing to help the guests. She knew she had people due to arrive but did nothing. She went home and left the youngsters behind the desk to deal with complaints. Absolutely appalling.

Came here for creamfields, was perfect. The receptionists were so accommodating, asked us if we were here for the festival and informed us of a taxi that was going to and from the hotel to creamfields and was only £7.50 per head. And when we came back they gave us bags to put away our mucky shoes so as not to dirty our room. The room itself is perfect if you don?t want to go camping. Obviously it?s not the most luxurious but it has everything you need and is super clean and cosy. I think the pillows could be a bit softer but I slept so well regardless. The shower already has a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel dispenser. There is a Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Indian restaurant, Subway and another English traditional restaurant all within less than 5min walking distance and you can order dominos, Nando?s, McDonald?s and more off just eat etc.I would definitely come here again for the convenience of the place it was perfect and just what we needed for creamfields. Thanks again to the staff for being so lovely and friendly.Nearby activities: There is a Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Indian restaurant, Subway and another English traditional restaurant all within less than 5min walking distance
