Left feeling so disappointed, annoyed and felt like my time was wasted.\\n\\nI went into enquire about getting an Apple Watch on contract alongside my current sim plan, I told them at the start I?ve just moved and recently changed my address will this be a problem?\\n\\nThey assured me no it?s fine?.After spending 90 minutes in the store setting everything up, signing all the paper work and even giving me a delivery date for the watch they then said I wouldn?t be able to get the Apple Watch, I needed to wait another month? Because of the change of address?\\n\\nWhy couldn?t they of told me that at the start instead of wasting 90 minutes\\nof my time, so disappointed and annoyed.

I went into the warrington store, and a gentleman namely Max was our advisor on this visit. I have to say what a fantastic young man he is, very professional, very easy to liase with and he was not pushy at all like some people can be. The chap deserves a payrise, for his professionalism, patience and so on.Many thanks Max, fornthe proffesionalism you provided, I will be returning.Best wishesNicola S

This is the best place to get excellent deals. I got a really good one. Broadband, sim deal and a personal WiFi. All on unlimited. £22 a month. So, so happy. Thankyou 3

Staff Clare and Ella in the Three Store Warrington being super helpful!!! Especially Ella had serve me very well and given me very detailed information to help me to make decisions on what phone and price plan are the best fit to my need. Just had to say a huge thank you to the staff at the Warrington Golden Square branch especially Dylan. I popped in yesterday after being a customer with another provider for 16 years and was unhappy with there upgrade offers. Dylan found me an amazing deal and stayed behind after closing the store to complete the process. Thank you so much

I am thinking of Joining Three,, I went to My Local Shop yesterday (11/05/22) But Not Sure now..one of MY Main priorities, Up there with Network Coverage is Customer Service I was assured that this is "GREAT" I was given the number of the Shop when I enquired about "THREE" and told to ring anytime if I had a Question . I have tried about 17 time (no exaggeration) to ring the shop today (12/05/22) No answer Good Customer Service ???? I don't think so...
