Not very good , had problems with our vouchers, staff very unhelpful to say the least, more interested in getting a sale, same with Runcorn branch aswell, as a member of staff stole my perfume when she left, unbelievable

Used this store a lot over the years. Great for gifts. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable happy to help with samples and not pushy with the sale but why would they when the prices are reasonable in store.

Although yes, the product i want is normally available here i cant say as much for the customer service skills. They just don't leave you alone 'can i help you' was asked in 5 minutes too many times (by the same member of staff' which made me walk out.
