WOW what a shop, what a company. My wife and I went into this shop and saw a dining room table/ chairs and matching sideboard. We were the only two in the shop apart from two members of staff, at least I think that they were staff?. I asked for sizes as one does and was told that they would email me brochures with sizes on so I gave them my email address. It took nearly 24hrs to arrive but there were no brochures or sizes. So I thought that I might give them a call?.WRONG. TRY TO CONTACT THEM BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM?..IMPOSSIBLE. So if you have any issues from being able to buy something in the first place then think again. Nicole?you were the only person that I felt was going to help me buy something from your shop, thankfully you didn?t help and I will try a proper shop now.

I have tried every which way to contact the Warrington Store...impossible!! Why??? I kept getting a Sunderland number and still could not get through. Why??? There are faults with my new sofa.The gliders have not been put on the sofa. The sofa was not put together properly. The cover at the back of the sofa was not put in place. When sat on the sofa the seat slopes to the right. The wrong information regarding the recliner was given in store. Not good enough...really not good enough!!

Me & my mum visited today to look for a footstool. I don?t ever leave review but me & my mum came away feeling extremely positive & greatful for our experience today. Sorry we forgot names but the manager and a lady with dark hair who served us offered amazing customer service, went the extra mile despite not actually buying a sofa. We really appreciate your welcoming attitude & the ?go the extra mile? service. We will definitely not think twice about visiting this store again.Many thanks Becky and Caroline deegan (Thomas!)

Great store with plenty of choice in both suites and carpets.Very pleasant and patient staff which made our visit a good experience. Staff certainly know their stuff and we had good banter with the. I would certainly recommend this store to our friends and family in the future.

We are still waiting for our furniture to be delivered. No email confirmation receive, no update when it?s been two weeks.I called for an update and wasted half an hour just to be told they don?t know when it will be delivered either.Go buy your furniture somewhere where you will be treated nicely and accurately.Regret buying from them!Waste of time!!!!!

Today my dad purchased a 3+2 piece sofa set and footrest for me and my two boys from your Riverside retail store in Warrington.I am writing this as we were so happy with the service we received, initially from the manager and then on, from James in store.We didn't have a large budget and ended up finding a great deal after James took his time to really listen to us and help us and I am so made up that I'm finally getting a new set of sofas, courtesy of my parents and yourselves! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store in particular (we did visit other SCS stores that were NOT as helpful at all) and we would personally recommend James, and the manager of the store to our family and friends. We dealt with them over the last two days and they really went above and beyond to help us find the best, realistic, solution. No pushy sales stuff, just genuine customer service. I don't like going out very much and suffer with anxiety and panic attacks but people like this give me faith in humanity again. Not even overreacting! Looking forward to getting them delivered now. Thankyou ?
