After initial issues with the repeat prescription and deliveries I can honestly say the service is great. Polite and helpful pharmacy staff, even dropped off my mums meds after hours, and a lovely delivery gentleman. Great job, keep it up. Changes made paid off ?

If you liked to be ignored by the numerous amount of staff that are there even when they've made eye contact.And then to actually speak to someone to find out they don't have the medication even tho your doctor sent your prescription over days ago. But it's ok they will order it in now for you.Or not even bothered to sort your prescription out until you arrive days after it was put in by your doctor.Basically if you have time you want to waste.THEN THIS IS THE PHARMACIST FOR YOU!!!!!!

I tried several times to ring through with no answer however I think people including myself need to realise that we are in the midst of a pandemic and that it?s the middle of winter and that lots of people are poorly on top of the people that are already needing medication. I think we?re very lucky to even have a pharmacy or drugs that help us to get through this bad time people just need to realise that.

Very Poor Service I Called many times nobody answer the phone and when you reach them they said to you. your prescription ready when you hoing to collect your prescription she said to you come back later .,what a very poor service

The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, the only downside is the opening hours of 09:00 - 17:30 make it difficult when you work full time, but with a lot of us working from home at the moment it's not as bad

Stood outside in freezing cold weather waiting for the pharmacist to show up . Only 1hour 30 minutes late so far .! 6 people trying to socially distance at the moment . 6 people give up and gone home !

They never answer phones... I even walked here n stood in queue n rang 4times whilst waiting... I even ordered my dads prescription week earlier cos I know he never gets it on time.. guess what yes it's been a week n no meds ... incompetence is unreal.. they lie too.. can honestly say I've contacted ombudsman n reported as this place is getting worse... I spoke to pharmacist to ask why n yes I got attitude too.. place stinks of arogance n incompetence truly

Never answer the phone, staff are ignorant and leave you queuing without acknowledging you whilst they do something trivial like sweeping the floor.
