Staff were very helpful, soon as I walked in I had a nice welcome from several staff, although I had lost the picture on my phone of which trainers I was buying my son for Xmas,I told the lad the price and just described what I had been told. they looked like. straight away he got the ones I was on about. Very professional.

Went to Shop yesterday. Terrible service. Only one person on the till with a big queue. I asked the young lady on the check out if someone else could get on the tills so customers were not waiting for ages. Her reply was "there is no one else trained to use the tills". My reply was bad management all for employing youngsters but train them first this may stop them wondering around the store looking like lost school kids. Asked what looked like senior staff but was met with a shrug of the shoulders and a look that said stop bothering me. I will not be shopping in this store again appauling.staffyoshould should be trtrain the staff then bring

It's alright but the mens sizes usually only go to large... I'm 6ft5 and fit a xxl so shopping in store is pretty useless unless it's for footwear. Also blast terrible music so loud you can't think

Terrible service, I wanted to exchange £80 nike tracksuit bottoms for a size larger. Literally haven?t worn them once and this rude disgusting looking manager fobbed me off saying they are not in a resealable condition. Don?t shop here they will try to rob you of anything they can.

The staff member who dealt with my return was very unfriendly and unprofessional. A simple return seemed a huge bother for her which felt really uncomfortable.

Just asked an Asian lad in the shop a question and before he answeed another young lad staff member came along and they engaged in conversation, I was left blanked, rude as !@#! Thats 2 bad Customer service in town today.
