“Premier inn are predictably the same where ever you go, which is excellent. 5 stars to Sue, who was on reception. She was awesome. Nothing was too much bother for us. She really helped to make our stay special. The location was easy to find. There is a beefeater type place adjoining the Inn plus a McDonald’s just 50 meters away.Rooms: SpaciousSafety: Fire doors all shut. Great news.Noteworthy details: The staff were excellent”

“Staff deserve way more money. They were attentive and friendly and nothing was ever a problem to them at all despite being a potentially annoying customer! Entire place was clean and faultless and the room was genuinely the nicest premier inn room I've seen and was more spacious than any other I've stayed in. Dinner and breakfast was nice and can't fault it considering it was at a premier inn it did surprise me! Once again have to mention the receptionists they are incredible at their job!”

“1st visit but won't be the last. Very reasonable price at £27.99 per night for 2 adults & 1 child. Room was very clean & had everything we needed. Lovely friendly staff. “It was ok. Food was nice. No cutlery or condiments on our table....meals were brought over but the server didn't notice them missing....didn't get gravy with my meal for some reason...only realised after it had ate it. Wasn't told coffee was help yourself....so sat for a while awaiting it.”

“I’ve been having a very difficult evening finding a place to stay for the night and as soon as I got here and spoke to Michelle all of my problems have disappeared. After my boss booked me into the wrong place she had my booking moved, got me a table in the Swan and basically made my evening. I’m very grateful.”

“I have absolutely loved our stay at this travelodge, I litrally couldn't complain about 1 single thing. Never a disturbed sleep, cleaner's are none stop always spotless. Every member of staff our so welcoming an meet all needs making sure all the time we have all we need. By far the best we have stayed in yet!! Infact we don't want to leave I could happily live here and no all requirements are met. Never no problem with anything an nothings a problem to the staff at anytime either. ?”
