Great customer service, tend to your needs and make sure you clearly understand everything before you leave.Been a customer for over 10years along with my whole family (20+) people.Never had a problem they did not sort straight away.

Top class service. Sometimes have to wait as it can get busy, but they look after you very well and it?s clear all the staff are busy helping others. Nice to see managers helping with the queue too.

Staff are very friendly and professional. It always feels Covid secure as they limit the number of customers and regularly clean the cash machines.

Very slow service and whilst waiting two disabled people came in and left immediately as no one looked after them or helped them in anyway, Halifax has definitely go down hill over the years.

My only experiences have involved queues and more queues. That said the staff have always been very polite and helpful, it just takes rather a long time to get to speak with them.
