Fantastic experience at this shop after trying to find a necklace for my partner & Tracey excelled in helping me find the right necklace I went to every jewellers in Warrington & I got nowhere near the level of service I got from samuels or in fact TraceyA bigs thanks from me & my partner was extremely happy with the necklace I bought herA big thank you & I would recommend & use again as personal first choice

Having used this shop numerous times I thought I?d just like to comment on the excellent customer service.In the past I?ve bought / had watches repaired/ had new batteries etc from the shop .This morning I seen a young lady called Tracey who gave me advice on the new batteries that I required for a couple of watches.I was dealt with in an extremely polite and efficient manner .I also found the service , quick and competitively priced .I would highly recommend this branch of H Samuels.Derek
