Bad tempered staff and they hike all the prices up if you don't have a Tesco Card. Tesco also seem to have the ability to make most of their basic food flavourless and unappealing. A last resort for me. The cats like the cooked chicken legs though, hence the two stars..

I am appalled at what i have witnessed in the store today, (20th July). The ginger balding manager is unbelievably rude to both staff and customers. He clearly has a real superiority complex and enjoys making rude condescending remarks to his colleagues and customers. He needs to realise he is managing a tesco express not leading the united nations.

Absolutely awful experience, two sandwiches left in the chiller and when asked the staff said they had not had the delivery yet when we could see some through the door in the back, extremely limited drinks and snacks too, staff were not helpful at all and reduced section was also mislabelled with over half the items in there not actually being reduced

Leave Evri parcels here at your peril! Dropped off 4 parcels on 14th November, 2 got collected by Evri (and subsequently delivered) successfully by Evri, the other two stayed still. After no tracking updates for a week and time waste don hold with Evri, I went back to the store 8 days later to see if my parcels had been dumped somewhere and forgotten about. Indeed they had! For the lame reason that they look like the other parcels that Tesco merchandising comes in they had been placed with internal 'Point Of Sale' material, this is despite the fact they clearly had Evri labels on them. Plus, you managed to put 2 of my parcels in the right place, so why split them up? Staff are clearly in need of more training, and didn't even seem to be at apologetic about what had happened. I'm just hoping the parcels have now been put in the right place and will at long last be collected and on their way to the patient recipients. Rubbish service Tesco

Been in twice in the last week. I am deaf, I have 2 hesring aids and lip read, which is quite hard at the moment with masks! I wear a mask with a clear front to aid other lip readers, I also have a large badge explaining I'm deaf and lip read. The two times I've been in i have been served by the same person, there is a perspex screen and the cashier also had a mask. I explained my situation as I couldn't tell how much I owed and on both occasions, he just tapped the till screen. Tonight, I spoke to who appeared to be a Manager, also in a mask and explained my predicament, he also refused to move it so i could see what he was saying. Very poor, very rude and the only place I have found who disregard deaf people!
