I would like to support my local pharmacy . It?s a facility we really need . But long waits , lost prescriptions , return visits as they don?t have enough of even the common medications and sometimes unhelpful staff have meant I've gone to an online pharmacy , not Echo (Lloyds Direct) .\\n\\n2 years later and as I needed a prescription quickly I foolishly used this pharmacy again . They gave me 9 /10 antibiotic tablets and said I could pick the other up today . When I went they didn?t have it and said it wouldn?t be in till Mon . The course will finish on Sat and as anyone knows you need to finish the course . I have had to threaten all sorts and I have an awful feeling that although they have now promised to get it ,it probably will not happen . What a shower of ???..

Slow service. Ignored by the staff whilst they finish filling the shelves. Not at all helpful.

Never have your prescription ready even when they tell you to come back at a certain time. I've had to do 2/3 trips just for one prescription. Certain members of staff very rude. I've even helped am elderly lady find something myself while a member of staff stood behind the till watching. I've moved my prescriptions to Hartford now. Well worth the extra miles.

I used to use this pharmacy all the time for OTC things and it is my nominated pharmacy. However the service has declined drastically, you can rarely get a prescription filled correctly or fully and staff can be quite rude unless you are a regular/daily visitor. On my last visit the lady at the counter had a lovely long conversation with the gentleman in front of me while I waited patiently, when I got to the front it was "can I help?" I said yes, asked for my prescription and when I asked how she was, attempting the same friendliness as the gentleman, it was ignored and I was just asked for payment...Also, I accepted during lockdown that they had less staff (or so I was told by a cashier there) and changed their opening hours to match this (closing on saturdays) however it seems as though this is a permanent decision and this is causing me alot of problems in getting medications as I am a key worker who works 20miles away, I work 8am to 6pm on weekdays, as I am unable to "pop in at lunch" (which was what I was told I should do when I pointed out my work hours) I am having to leave work early just to get medications filled, causing issues with ratios at work.I feel like Lloyd's pharmacy has no sense of the community in which it is based and has made cutbacks in the most unnecessary ways. It would be useful to have at least one local pharmacy open and available to the community when needed rather than 2 on restricted hours!

I don't know if it's a systems issue, a staffing levels issue, a competence issue, or a perfect storm of all three, but having waited nearly an hour for a prescription I think I saw only two people leave with what they'd actually come in for, and most of the rest leaving without part or all of their prescriptions...

It has great staff but one does not listen to all that you say and thinks she, yes she knows what your talking about and its not.

Dishonest, unorganised mess. Been using this pharmacy for 9 years but it has gone down hill over the last 12 months. If you like getting your meds on time use a different pharmacy. Staff I saw today very unprofessional and she even through a fellow customers prescription in the bin.

I recently visited Lloyds Pharmacy on a Saturday only to discover that it was in fact closed! We have two Lloyds chemists in the village one of which is in Lime Avenue which is closed on a Saturday anyway and so leaves the only remaining and available chemist on the Northwich Road. This effectively leaves us without a Pharmacist and unable to purchase items that are not available in the local supermarkets. We have a high density of elderly and middle aged people in this village who rely on our so called 'community chemist' for help and to seek advice from a Pharmacist. Whilst most of the remaining shops are open, the Chemist is closed! and for what reason? There is no indication on the website that it is closed on a Saturday! Whoever made this decision to close this particular branch of Lloyds Pharmacy is seemingly, and evidently, completely out of touch with the community and its needs of which it is supposed to serve, and for whose benefit, completely Unacceptable!!

Convenient for parking. Small shop. Ok for the basics and prescriptions.

I think the service you get really depends on who serves you. I was trying to get some medication, and this branch of Lloyds was the most unhelpful of the five chemists in the area that I tried.
