We hired the main function room for a family gathering. Staff were brilliant, went above and beyond to accommodate us.They catered for us too with a buffet, which was perfect for our needs.Plenty left over which several family members took away after staff wrapped it up for us.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Food spread overpriced. Lovely venue, but asked that any leftover food be retained to take to a Birkenhead homeless shelter. Completely disregarded our request although agreed to meet, if we signed a disclaimer. Would not recommend. Based on past experience, for an event, would personally recommend Ship Hotel on the Promenade

Attended an annual dinner for a sport club at the Cranston suite this December. Very impressed with the standard of the venue and toilets; very clean, bright and new. Lovely food from a set menu and lovely professional staff.
