Thank you Sarah , Ellesmere Port staff member on duty at smart shop today. We wanted to use the mobile phone app for the first time. We have used smart shop with a hand set for some months but decided to use the app(a promise of extra points). However the WiFi signal was poor and we couldn?t log in. Sarah patiently explained to us how to access the site and we successfully completed our shop. Excellent customer service Sarah.

Certainly one of the better ones. Tends to have more stock and choice in. Still overpriced on things and I'm general this ridiculous need for a nectar card for nectar prices when they could just price reasonably but is what it is. Another general issue is self scanning. Supermarkets promoting this, presume to do away with staff. But, self scanners stand, block and get in the way while they scan and place in bags as they seem to have zero awareness of people around them. Seems to take them 2 mins to scan a damm item, checkout staff take a second. Just saying.....

Sainsbury?s: where I discovered a sandwich that whispered promises of culinary delight but delivered a monologue of mediocrity. It was like biting into hope and chewing on reality. Yet, the aisles of temptation and cashier?s smile almost made up for it. Almost.
