I feel compelled to say that after experiencing 3 kitchen planning sessions with your competitors, that you have a diamond in Nadine. Really knew her stuff, got straight to the heart of what we were after, made great suggestions, asked great questions. You have a great visualisation system too. Breath of fresh air seeing a pro a work. Thankyou so much Nadine. We weren?t 100% on the colours that Wickes offer. However, I can?t thank you enough for your time and the benefit of your clearly huge experience?.

Shane at Crewe store was amazing. Took me round the showroom with my plumber?s list, grabbed everything for me, took me through checkout and loaded my car! What a gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks, Shane!

Went in to get a drawing and price for some new units. Doug was very helpful with everything, showing me this and that so I could make an informed choice. Thank you Doug.The car park is good, lots of spaces and the doorway; you could get a tank through! Nice and bright and airy and I've been before and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Wow, and I don't mean wow in a good way, but rather Wow, what terrible customer service, wow, the team there was rude. Maybe it was a Blue Monday for the team, and I understand we all have bad days, but they customer service on this day was lacking.

Pulled up in the pouring rain to buy rock salt. Shane advised me to take one bag to the till and tell them how many I want. They scanned through 4 and then Shane loaded them all in my van for me. Amazing service, thank you.

Helpful staff every time, prices significantly better than be Travis Perkins like for like and would normally be a 5 star but there were a few basic things that were out of stock so I had to go the B&Q to get everything quick so is disappointing
