5 stars for the vacination centre staff who were super pleasant and efficient.I've been for a vacination this morning (Sunday). Turned up at the pharmacy to find it shuttered up. Luckily went in the reviews page and realised the vacinations are actually in a separate building across the road. Once I realised and looked across the road there were some signs up but as the NHS booking app sends you to the Pharmacy I wasn't looking over the road.Not trying to moan as the centre staff told me it's all the app let the Pharmacy put, as a suggestion for when the Pharmacy is closed; there was a door at the back which was unshuttered which I assume the staff in the vacination center use when getting set up, could you stick a note on here as that would have sent me to the right place?Also posting so other people in the same position as me go the right place.

This pharmacy never gives anything but EXCELLENT customer service. Would rate higher than 5* if I could.

This pharmacy has to be one of the worst available, just convenient as next to the doctors. If you ring for a query or to check if your prescription is with them, then expect at least 20 -30 mins before they pick up. Also they always make you wait even if you have rang to check your prescription is ready, seems very poorly organised with poor customer service.

Overheard staff calling an elderly couple ?senile idiots? after they left as they?d walked in the Hollowood pharmacy instead of the hollowood vaccination centre which is in a building across the road ( a simple mistake anyone could easily make). Was taken aback by the complete lack of professionalism and rudeness as well as the complete lack of respect towards customers ?? and blantently doing it within earshot of other customers

As advertised in NHS website for walk-in centre for Covid vaccination, I travelled from stoke to West street pharmacy to get my both kids vaccinated for 2nd dose, as I went in asked the staff (Milan )on counter for Covid vaccination for my kids he looked clueless, called his colleague Rob, another clueless staff, with a shocking answer, come tomorrow we will do it tomorrow, I told Rob that after seen you guys on NHS WALK-IN CENTRES for Covid vaccination I came from stoke for vaccination, and you saying come tomorrow, I wasted my hard earned money and time, Rob came up with a another shocking answer that they already told many times to NHS to remove West street pharmacy from there WALK-IN CENTRE LIST, but they haven?t done it so far, i asked Rob if you already told NHS to remove you guys from there list, then why you are asking me to come tomorrow for vaccination, in reality he was lying they getting paid for each vaccination by government, so in general public interest, NHS should investigate west street pharmacy regarding these matters seriously, it?s not joke if they can?t provide the services advertised on NHS WEBSITE, proper steps must be taken by NHS to safeguard general public trust.

Very helpful! Staff are very helpful and pleasant, sometimes they don't always have certain items in but that's like any chemist so would not hold that against them

Went there to collect my medicine on prescription. They made me wait for over 20 minutes just to tell me that they don?t have it and to come back next day. In the meantime the stuff is chatting, discussing movies they?ve watched and making jokes. I came back in the morning 2 days later. They open at 9 am and should be ready to serve customers from that time. All the stuff arrives there at 9am and then makes you wait until they settle in, make their teas etc. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to the customer! I ended up waiting another 40 minutes for the medicine that did not even require preparation?.
